Returns

Return Information;

If the item was not customized, we accept returns within the first 14 days of the original purchase date. It is your responsibility to return the product to us with the original tags and packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit, or you can have store credit for future purchases.

Customized products cannot be returned.

Return or exchange my personalized items (embroidery)

Personalized (embroidered) items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply. Personalization is only available on new items.

How to make a return

If you are eligible to return your purchase, and have been approved by our quality control team to do so, please follow these steps:

​

  • Pack in a suitable packing box.

  • Wait for a free return label, which we will email you.

  • Drop the box at any UPS store.
